Many girls in Cape Town share, the rents are high. No problem with it at all. In fact one last week gave me a "good reference" when I arrived to see her friend.

I do not see any problem - just select her carefully. There are some scamsters out there and you do not want your excellent reputation (or your hard-earned belongings) at risk. (Probably needless to say - you seem to be a person with common sense and good judgment). The response to your question is overwhelming positive.
