The advertiser who's had the name the longest will have 1st option to buy it.

Should you decide to not advertise on ESA anymore then after 3 months of not being on the site the name will be available again for someone else to purchase.

How will that work with the girls that names are the same at this stage.

Simple there's more than enough names for ladies out there,what's so difficult about searching on the net for a name that suits you,your character and all.

I changed my name from Angel to Caressa a year ago,guess what it didn't take me the whole day to decide.Some ladies need to stop being lazy,and the photographers should stop suggesting names that are already being used.#no pun just saying.

I have to agree that your name is your brand. Some ladies take this seriously and are successful here in the purple world because of it. Build your brand.

I like the suggestion that ESA Admin made that the name remains reserved for 3months while the lady is offline.

Come on ladies the name isn't as important as the service you provide. You could call yourself toffee apple for all we care. Why be a plain Jane.

There are millions of unique names that you can have fun with. Copying is not attractive.

As punters we all have different names and should all the advertisers.

There is, unfortunately, no pleasing everyone in this case.

Either we sell the names and there will be one of or we keep it the way it is.

No, they are two different names.
Same with "The original" Nadia and Nadia(The original) are two different names.

Sorry but I do disagree. I'm not one to bitch about stuff but I have worked my ass off building my name. And don't think it is fair changing it. A lot of girls change their names after a while. I won't do that because I have been building Skye. Guys might not get it but I have worked hard for my name and reputation. I do agree in the future Esa can try do something bg about the same names but making someone new get a new name and starting from scratch is not the solution for me.

Certain names will always be popular, trademarking a brand name if you an international porn star, doable but on a website. How long will the ESA trade marked name last for, what happens when you stop advertising and the comment of one girl using another girls pictures is not relevant on ESA only, other websites allow user submitted photos so that is where it happens. ESA cannot enforce their policy across websites now can they block people from getting hold of pics if they really want to.

So from one John Doe to all of you who have chosen fake names, Mr Smith and Van Der Merwe included, ain't going to happen.
