Yes true but we need to learn to change what we can, accept what we cant and know that its a passing phase. Its not always easy butits also not impossible ;)

So much to be thankful for each and every day. Projects coming together. A family vacation in August. A busy December ahead for our other business. Life is good. I'm an 8.

Personally when I get that dose of Oxytocin you can imagine the scale breaking...and rising to it's all time high of 100 without any exaggerations or overestimations. You should measure her and she will confess the same. This is my reality.
I'd be wondering why am I so happy only to realise...oh yes the lady was astonishing!!!

True and that takes practice. The are other ways as well: Lookup the happy hormones and how to get them released.
