Those are all forms of types of Sexual orientation.

Transsexual (mtf or ftm), is a term that falls under the umbrella term of Transgender.
Transexual (mtf) is someone who was born biological male, but who identifies (gender identity) as being female usually a TGirl (Transgirl), goes onto HRT ( Hormone Replacement Therapy - Estrogen and a Testosterone blocker), which changes their physical body ( soft skin, breast growth, less hair, body fat redistribution, erection loss, cannot ejaculate anymore, more emotional, a second puberty, etc).They seek permanent change, and live fulltime as their preffered gender indentity.

The term shemale is used for a transexual female who works in the adult industry (porn, escort), its a derogatory term actually, and many croasdressers label themselves as shemales, and thus it is damaging to transexuals and causes confusion.

Other terms that also falls under the transgender terms:

Crossdresser - a male who dresses as a women, but will always return to their male persona.

Transvestite - a male who has a fetish for female clothing, and who also dresses up, they get a kick out of it, they also return to their male personas.

Drag queen - a male who dresses up glamorously, usually for pageants and/or shows ( they are hairy mostly and wear plenty of stockings to cover up the long leg hairs). They also return to their male persona.

I am a Pansexual Transexual female, men who find me attractive are not gay, most men who comes to see me are bisexual or straight men. I am a women.

Gay men want men, not a women (including transwomen), they want real men.
The community/media has created this misconception that men who want transexuals, are gay, its not true.
This misconception is damaging to both transexual females and gay men.

Educational. Always thought seeing shemale on here or transsexual meant a girl with a Dick and a Pussy.

Is it correct to say transsexual essential means a man(biological), who has transformed their body to be the gender they identify themselves as?

Thanks for clearing that up,I got schooled yesterday.read up on transexuality.I'm pansexual but identify as bisexual because its difficult explaining to people what pansexual means.

I find men,women,transgender and androgynous people attractive.I drool over some of the trans on here.

I'm trysexual.....I'll try anything sexual;-)
