I was at work, and my hot collegue came running into the office with the news, after returning from OR Tambo where she dropped her hubby off.
Spent the rest of the day in our boardroom watching News Updates on Tv as the news unfold...
It was this moment that probably made my hot work colleague realise how short life was and that we needed to embrace each moment....before we knew it...we were humping like bunnies on every opportunity we got....lmao...

I was still very young and didn't understand it back then (Gr. 2)
I remember my mom calling my dad and he rushed over (they were divorced) to come see the news at out house.
I remember being very confused as to why everyone was so stressed and shocked.

That was certainly a day to remember. I was on my way to a business lunch when I heard it on the news. The aftermath of that distruction was heartbreaking. I do not think anybody will forget that day!
I was working for a company with some secondees from the USA - they were all very concerned about friends working in the twin towers. L Facen - back in US now
