I dont know how many ladies do this but I judge my clients on their first call. If the guy is polite and respectful I will accept the booking and make sure to deliver my best even maybe give little extra care.. but if someone is rude and uses slang to insinuate gross actions I am not open to taking that booking.

This sometime comes up as a PVT number.
When I return to SA most of the time my SA number does not work so I have use the hotels land line.
I normally ask the WG to call me back and give my room number for her to feel safer.
I do like to ask the WG rates and services and yes extras (one round only and so on)
I hate it when we have to discuses price on arrival kind of kills the mood.
