Any customer would feel insulted by rude comments from a trader. Especially if that customer has spent a large amount of money with that trader.
Unless there was some kind of incident that led to it, I don't see why one shouldn't get upest about rude comments. Although, allowing someone to upset is like letting someone live in your mind rent free.
