Good for no traffic to get there and back so you only need an excuse for 1 hour out (gym session). And so you can visit more often.
Bad because your neighbour's (or wife)might see your car parked outside a they drive past and because you'll visit too often ;)
On my doorstep as well which is great. That Centurion to PTA east traffic is a turn off. I might have to walk though unless privacy is good.

Must admit apart from the all gorgeous ladies, with their super stunning service, the privacy at the previous venue was always a great benefit.
