I agtree definitely a dry fresh towl is a must

Being from Cape Town, it has become second nature to re-use the same towel before and after the session in an effortto save the most precious resource on earth, namely water. I also spread my gym towel out in the car after my morning session, and hang it over a panel heater at night to re- use the next morning. As long as the towel handed to you is fresh and dry, there is no need to waste water by using another towel after the session. Btw, i am not a greeny at all, but the water crisis down here has taught us to adapt more responsible water consumption measures. On tonight's news, they reported that Day Zero has been scrapped, mostly due to Capetonians reducing their consumption by more than 50%

A fresh towel for your shower when you arrive is a must. I don't mind using the same towel again after the session.
