Hi Steve...why do you guys advertise your ladies to be available if they are on their lady time? On Monday I booked a girl and when I arrived at the time she told me she has problems due to her starting her cycle that morning!! I already paid the fees and since no-one else was avail as the booking ladies dis not inform me timeously, I had to go for normal treatment...!!! Could you please rectify this with you reception girls or not have the girls show avail for bookings?

Quantumdick --This is a very difficult situation with No Real Solution that is 110 % correct. The Policy with the Ladies if they are on Lady time is to inform the Client of their Restrictions from a Full Treatment up front -- If a Client calls in & Books then she is to call the Client & advise in advance to avoid any inconvenience --Problems such as Clients Not wanting to leave a # comes into play --also if You have already arrived it is an Issues --the receptionists are Not allowed to speak on a Ladies behalf -- the Therapist is the one who advises the Client -- Sorry but it is a Tricky area to deal with -- You should have been able to get your Reservation Refunded with no Issue at that stage --Sorry
