I heard of this scheme - do not know if it will work in practice but makes sense in theory.
1- get 5 guys
2- buy a flat for R1 million
3- that comes out to R10k per month
4- put a hot student in the flat rent free
5- give her an additional R10k pocket money per month
6- Monday she has to shag guy 1 for say 2 hours, Tuesday she shags guy 2 etc until Friday when she shags guy 5 etc
7- weekends and during theday she is off
8- every year you replace her with a new student
9- a few years ago property doubled every 5 years - that means that after 5 years your R1 million property would be worth R2 million.

This means that you could actually make money out of punting lol

Not sure if property prices in SA will double in 5 years. To much unstability at the moment.

Uncle Julius may just decide your flat was built on his anchestors land and you may end up with Zero investment after a year or 2.
