Agreed. Its a nice thought that the client wants the lady to 'enjoy' herself but the lady would much (im sure) like a session she can do respectfully to the best of her ability without client pushing limits

I fear you may be missing a trick here Miss Jewel. For a number of punters the blowing of one's load is often a minor accomplishment within a booking and that the greater satisfaction is got from ensuring the lady is well "serviced". Remember for many the brain is a bigger sexual gland than one's appendage!!
As usual though communication is key, especially prior to the booking where you should have most of the vagaries and requirements aired and on the table so there is no misunderstanding with 5 to go.
