Not all the punters are b******s and we often tend to rally behind a wg if we feel dodginess is afoot. Finding a wg who is "serious" about service is hard enough and we tend to try protect those who do. Even if it's just on the forums.

I wonder if we shouldn't consider some kind of mentorship system or something?
Not monetary in anyway, just a more experienced wg helping out newer ones.
I suppose the fundamental issue is always the inexperienced actually have to ask for help which they seldom do.

The problem is not everyone is open to help and if you do try and help they have a perception of who the hell does she think she is.

Let's take Savanna for Eg. She gave a really great treatment if you read her reviews however there was a thread sometime back where people where offering her advice one lady even offered to do hair and makeup etc. Yes some people were mean and horrible you will always find some of those in ever walk of life that's just life.
