This is a difficult one. Could you live with yourself knowing that every day she is potentially putting her life in danger? That this could lead her to a dangerous world of abusive men, drugs, HIV, depression or suicide? There is a very ugly side to this industry (its not the same for all wg's but for a lot it is reality) and I would hate one of my family members or someone I know ending up there. What emotional damage will this industry do to her, how will she change after years of doing this? I would devise a way to let her know anonymously (set up a fake email address or FB account) that you are a family member or friend (if you want to be sure she wont guess because saying you are a family member narrows it down) and tell her that you have become aware what she does and that she should stop otherwise youll have no choice but to alert her family (without really meaning it). Hopefully that will scare her enough to come to her senses and you won't blow your cover. Or just gently show you care and discourage her. I'd rather at least try to stop her and potentially saving her from a path of destruction (not that that is the path of all wg's but things do turn out bad for a lot of girls) than turn my back. But that is just me.
