I am also concerned for the following reasons:

The weekly special now seems random. Not all can make a Monday.

Sending mails that do not get answered or PM's This is not the norm in terms of what I got used to in the past. Something is amiss.

Girls showing as available and when one calls, no answer.

Generalzozo -- How about Poor Communication as HOE does Neither of the Two items You mentioned.

Not an excuse but a Poor Job done by the Floor Manager in ensuring that the Hostesses are aware of the Monday Special --Receptionists are definitely aware & I am certain as they are Not NEW Hires -- certainly Poor Follow up on our Part causing the confusion & in Not Honouring the Discount.

ougat -- Sorry about the confusion -- please in future make reference at Reception about the Monday Special as they only honour it to ESA members that request it - I am more then Happy to refund you the R 300 or discount it In a future booking --Sorry for Our Bad !!!
