I once worked in a very big fruit packing organisation where more than two hundred women packed fruit into boxes. My boss at the time used to spend his Friday mornings in the line wth them packing fruit. He said he needed to remember every week what the business was all about. Maybe you need to have one morning a week in the line.

@markymarky, my aim is to now focus on my ladies and to get them to a standard that is higher than I ever set for myself. I am happy that I "worked the line" and I've met amazing people and gained valuable insight, but the time has come for me to step down.
