Interesting responses but here is an interesting fact:
According to to a poll by consumer electronic site Retrevo.com, 36% of people under the age of 35 check their Facebook and twitter accounts after a roll in the hay!!!

If it was mind blowing I can't help but smile, laugh and hug the person. Ask if he'd like a drink of water or tea. If I should run the shower or if he just wants to lie on the bed and catch his breathe.
I usually go to my kitchen drink some water and just calm myself down. Give the guy some space.
