I was so shocked at this, because she is already in fulltiime employ, with all of the benefits, that can only increase in time. It is only the "apparent" lure of more money that is drawing her into the flames. Not really knowing what part of her she is offering up in exchange.

I am so grateful that my kids are past the stage where I have to worry about something like this, the investment in their education now paying off. I always bitch about the many years of studies that I paid, but sitting across this lady and hearing this, I noe consider it a minor adjustment to my retirement age, which is now standing at one day after my death.

I am actually at a loss for words.

I am lucky enough to have actually met a few of them. Apart from being excellent SP's, they are dedicated to reach their goals. I salute them.
