There is an assumption that voters are rational behind the assumption that Zuma remaining in power will lead to the ANC losing the next election, personally I will not put money on that assumption

No, certainly won't put money on that assumption either! Besides, we know what they say about assumptions....
This assumption would also lead one to believe there was an iota if lateral thinking taking place and let's face it, we all know the powers that be are completely incapable of that. As Yewrev says, come the next election this will be forgotten and the masses will be lining up for their complementary T-shirt/cap...

Since the head of the IEC is Zupta's former personal advisor (so I've heard), they don't even have to print those t-shirts or caps come election time!

Win for the zuptas... Loss for the Anc clearly. Lets hope 2019 come and the anc loses! That would be more priceless than only the snakes head gone
