ESA Are there any reason why my GM is not active yet. Have made a payment last Friday

Dear dahewolf,
Your Gold membership has been activated. Your payment was made from Absa. Payments from other banks takes up 48 hours to reflect in our account.
We do not go by proof of payments for activating gold membership but funds reflecting in our account.
