The punter in the room is the one that has already put his money in the table and deserves preference over those that are phoning and may or may not make a booking. Simple as that.

Happened to me a couple of times in my early punting days.With the first one I simply pulled out, cleaned up, got dressed, left a 50 bucks shower fee and walked out. Future bookings taught me to pay attention and be observant and clear about my expectations. Cell phones were to be explicitly on silent or switched off and out of reach for the duration of the booking.
