Personally, I'd prefer the girls to talk to the viewers in their videos, it doesn't have to be all videos, but one or two. It gives you a better idea of the person. ESA could even script the the dialogue/talk to make it more seamless. A lady could release an 'episode' every month. I dunno.
As it stands with the videos on ESA ,I find the modeling to be stilted and clunky.
That being said, your video Sandy, for its particular genre, was very nice.

I'm sure I've seen a video where a lady talks, so should be possible. They'll just skip the song then. But I agree, the chat is a better place for sharing your thought to those whom like to get to know you better.
