garyk007 just login as normal, you will see a window appear on the left, around 9 30am with the heading 'live'. Click on the window and you will directly go into the live chat.

Eddie, I sent you an email about not being able to access the upgraded status, so to speak. I entered the code, and then...nothing. I tried again and the message was that the code could not be used again. What is up?

Once you have your ACCESS KEY, you can log in at www.esa.co.za/gold, where you can enter your ACCESS KEY to immediately get your Gold Membership.

just sent three sms to the number 36837 and all three times it send back a message saying
'server error - Service unavailable, please try again later'
i have been chaged for all the three sms's though.
any ideas whats happening?
