Its safer to go with a WG as the majority of ladies practice safe sex as they are far more aware of the dangers of catching hiv or a std ,non working girls are probably more promiscuous and at times probably don't use protection believing their chances of catching something is far less than that of a WG

I fully agree that working girls are much more aware of the dangers they face therefor will take extra precautions and if you play by the rules and use protection you should be safe.

With that said, there is a whole section of this industry dedicated to men that are just to scared so there is born "massage with happy ending" For those that are not sure or are too shy or scared of contracting STD's but still want to experience something naughty .... it is the "safe" alternative.
