If a punter arrives at a booking and he still smells vrot after a shower, I will decline the booking and tell him to leave.
I cannot believe that there are men who are so desperate that they will actually go ahead and f#*ck, finger, muff an infected, foul smelling, discharge oozing orifice.
Sies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dearest Lalita, they proceed indeed. Believe it or not. I've even had clients very unhappy with me because I refuse to do owo or shag without a condom. Even telling me which girls will do it for them. Sorry my man, book them. Safety first. Some people do not realise how dangerous this industry can be. Well done girl. Chase them. Our lives are worth more than money. Xx

Douche yes, once or twice a week but seriously after every booking any gynaecologist will tell you you can't be duching 3-6 times a day.
What you would like to do over and above your weekly douche, is go to dischem or clicks and invest in a intimate body wash called gynae gaurde for all day everyday confidence. This can be used before and after every client.

Girls, steer clear of antibiotics (if you can). It fks up your ph balance.
Try drink celery seed tea, ginger and honey daily.
It flushes any 'boogies' from the urethra and will also keep you smelling tasty and clean : ))
I also have a concoction of cayenne pepper, cinnamon and tumeric in hot water daily. Oh and Maca tablets! Helps with hormone balance.

Claudia has the true solution.
Turmeric is extremely efficacious.
So is an infusion of honey, cinnamon, or ginger in tea in whatever combination.
Let the washing of your hands be an obsession.
Run at least 5km a day.
It is good for your bowels and your cardiovascular system.
If you do all of the above, your sexual pleasure will be enhanced immeasurably.
And yes, always douche both orifices, when you visit the House of Office.

Vitamin concoctions in tablet form are a waste of money. Only a small amount is absorbed into the bloodstream. Vitamins in natural foods have an almost 100 percent absorption rate.
The practice of eating with your hands must be dispensed with.
Use a knife and fork. 'Tis more hygienic.
