Pack a goody bag with candles, bubble bath, chocolate, champagne and massage oil (not sports massage oil, the sensual stuff, even baby oil will do). Light candles in the bathroom, run a bubble bath and take a bath together while having champagne. Afterwards take her to the room for a lovely massage and a good long muff. Make sure the wine/champagne continues to flow. The next morning, make her a nice breakie and coffee. She'll feel thoroughly spoiled.
