Katie,
I appreciate what you have said in your first posting to this thread.
The attitude of W.T.F. is that he is the customer, and is therefore always right. What he misses the point on however, is that a business transaction always has more than one partner. The customer is NOT the only party involved, and there is only a decent relationship when ALL parties involved are happy with the deal.
For example:
Let's say I own a car dealership (If I sold Ford's, then it might be an Escort Agency, sorry for the pun). My best customers are those who look at my cars, ask the right questions, test drive the cars, strike a good deal, and then leave with a car they like and they are happy with. I'm happy because I sold a car to a good customer, and he's happy because he bought a car he's happy with, from a dealer he's happy with.
Imagine if a pedophile came to my shop and wanted to buy a car so that he could cruise past primary schools. I hate the bas**rd, and I won't sell him a car. In this case, I don't care whether the customer is always right, he's not buying a car from me!
The same thing goes for you. You run a business. You prefer to have harmonious dealings with your customers, and if you enjoy your time with them, then they will have a better time with you.
Clearly W.T.F. is all about abusive and/or one-sided relationships and is one of those lousy customers who is unpleasant to deal with.
Don't let him bother you. Keep satisfying your existing customers, make your new customers feel good about the relationship, and forget about the bad customers.
