For me it's around 4pm weekdays.
Weekends are difficult unless I go and have a game of "golf".

For me I always look for something on the way home or to work, but time is obviously limited then to like 15 min to 30 min Max but that worked for me... Weekend are generally harder to slip away and during the day at work is even tighter as I work on the edge of nothing and hell

During the week and I particularly like having the first appointment of the day - 9:00 or 9:30 start is great
