I agree with you that it is a defense mechanism and yet it begs the question why we don't see it more often. Funnily enough, I believe it is because she is a lot more grounded than the average working girl. She very clearly and distinctly compartmentalizes the two aspects of her lives - zero integration.If you can appreciate that - and work with that - you will walk away satisfied. Though I don't think the average punter will fit that mold (as she certainly does not fit the mold of an average WG).

Regarding you last two questions:

1. I didn't ask her though I think the reasons are self evident. I wouldn't be surprised if this current profile of hers stuck around for a while and the comments eventually turned on. Only time will tell.

2. It's hard to answer this one. Though it's not a great answer, the best I can do is say that it is not a glaring 'no'. She's completely different from the average working girl and I suppose if the mood strikes - I would. Though I can't remember the last girl I saw a second time (not even Shakira - which requires a whole new thread that I will get to at some point).
