Well said..I agree with all the points, but on 8, it's for time and a specific service which hopefully you and the sp have agreed to prior.

Agreed. Regarding #3, make no exceptions. The bad apples outweigh the good ones and let's be honest, the good ones are not always your type.

Quiet wrong though... this thread was about what the OP learned.... not what all punters learned.. but by him putting it here on public forum accessible by all, a lady has as much right as you as a punter to come share their own lessons learned.
If he wanted only punters to comment on it or share their own lessons learned he could have paid for GM and posted it in the punters forum.
