From the call i suspect he is saying 'provincial' to avoid
mentioning a specific police stationcause if he mentions a police station i was going to invite myself to see him.
He used a 078 cell number i told him to call me with his office line and he never called

I was in contact with a girl from Centurion. The cop also said that he is from Centurion.
