@dpelser...although you addressed Sage in your question, I would like to answer as well.
Basically, the place needs to be clean, proper bathroom facilities, close to shops where food and products are, as well as the safety factor. This means, we need to be able to receive visitors, without being chucked out of the place. Kisses, Mynx
