People only focus on sexual transmitted infections/diseases when infact if you can do more research on second hand underwear certain infections like vaginal yeast infections etc. do occur and my used lingerie/underwear whether washed or not is still second hand. It has been used. Now it is both risky to borrow/lend such undergarments. It happens with women and with men it's another case as well.

And one wonders why when a punt is so bad because of the fish factory.

I've borrowed a few outfits to some ladies or some of my things.

I don't mind because I didn't wear it before for any shoot.

Sometimes they just can't afford getting something nice and the photo shoot wasn't planned.

I do understand the hygienic part.
But sometimes they do wash it, if I can't part from it.
Sometimes I just give it to them.
Some ladies really f### a outfit would be stretched or something happend to it.
So now I've stopped.
We pay hard money to make our shoots work for us.
I understand where you coming from.
No should mean no and don't feel guilty for saying NO at all.

There's another valid reason too. But still like yourself Meg I'd rather give a new pair then my used one. What I personally don't condone is giving/borrowing nor lending used lingerie.

Some ladies in the past were never even considerate to bring my lingerie back as I even mentioned earlier that a new pair/garment is what I would rather give as a gift when used, I could tell they loved it and I would of given it to them after the shoots. Not even one returned them back out of good faith.

Why would I start wanting to give a used one now, today. As kind and giving as I am I just won't do it not in that way and I'm not about to start feeling guilty either.

I felt the same when very aclose friend did a photo shoot at my place. She arrived with a sexy outfit but I knew the colour was totally wrong. I took a few pics before the shoot to show her the colour was wrong. I just decided to set my feelings aside and let her use some of my things.However, she never used my panties. She posed in a see through black teddy with her own g-string under it. She wasn't a full time wg so she didnt have anything appropriate. Afterwards I gave her some negligees for future use. The anniversary of her death comes up in a few weeks and as much as I didnt like the idea of her posing in some of my favs I am glad I could have helped her earn some extra money.
I would suggest letting the lady borrow something that you no longer use and isnt as intimate. Maybe a negligee or a sexy dress. You never know what her personal circumstances are which led her to ask to borrow yours.
However I do get your reluctance to let someone use your stuff and you have every right to say no.

I'm sad that your friend passed on. May her soul rest in peace. I understand those circumstances and both you and her were wise to use your own undergarment.

Now here's a little bit of information I left out. This lady works and makes a pretty good amount of money and then misuses her funds, instead of spending some of it to put more effort into buying whatever it is that she needs including lingerie/negligee she buys other things. Now in my right mind I don't think that I should donate nor borrow any of what I worked hard for, for someone who can't take responsibility for her own actions. Now what does anyone call that?

She asked for the whole piece with the g-string included. She doesn't want any odd colours out. Hence I said I would rather give a new one, which, to her I won't because of the few other reasons besides her irresponsibility.

I agree with Kimmy on the hygiene part but I'm blessed in this business so many times... and helping other girls with my outfits is my way of giving back... The purple world is all about give and take... I won't be blessed if Im not willing to do my part... but it's me...

No no no. It's not hygienic! If you can afford lingerie why she can't? In Chinese store you can find lingerie for R 100!!!
