Guys always claimed not to have heard the bit about extra. So it's easier to rather up the hour rate to include whatever extras you offer.

I enquired with this mg as well and she gave me her rates and at the end mentioned extras are R300. So when i asked what extras she told me to book and find out. I just said thank you not interested.

From my observation, not trying to put down anyone's strategy. Just my observation of where I think the problem could be. It could be because of a math problem, business strategy, not looking at the deal from a client's perspective to see what is more lucrative.

Failure to think long term instead of day to day short term thinking. No strategy in place.

I have mentioned this in a thread before, trying to empower and encourage the ladies to think differently. Obviously, it falls on deaf ears for many. It's the same as a Lady advertising 40 videos for R200, where as they could be earning a price per clip downloaded or watched, for example $3 to $20 or $30 per clip. Yes, dollars.

Remember, this is also recurring income, meaning that a clip that you have put up 3 years ago that someone views, you still get paid when a new client comes and wants to view it.

Very similar principle to Authors of books, Musicians, Actors, etc. They earn royalties revenue whenever the creation they worked on is consumed.

The ladies that have engaged with me are starting to see the benefits of a good strategy.

My point is, Why don't the advertisers look at the marketing strategies of other businesses that are successful.

Put themselves in the punters perspective, then look at what will be enticing for a punter. Then put together a creative marketing strategy to gdrive that behaviour.

For example, a lady here asked me for some advice, if she drops her prices for her regular clients only, would she get be able to get more clients. Even though most would think this way. I would say. Drive the behaviour that you want to see.

Your brand is who you are. If you are negative, that makes your brand negative.

For example. If you want new clients to contact you. Drive the behaviour you want by posting good things on the forum for punters to check out. Like an outfit of the day as a whatsapp profile pic. That will make punters add your number to their phone book, so that they can see your whatsapp pic. The packaging is very important. There are also WA statuses that you can leverage off. These are free tools.

Most often it will be the day you have an outfit that a punter always fantasises about. The first step is getting that punter to add your number. Now that they have your number, entice them with pics of yourself. They will contact you when they are interested. It is a subtle way of contacting punters without contacting them.

When they contact you, yes you get time wasters trying to do sexting. How you handle the situation is the behaviour you want to drive. If you are always professional and positive. Show them that you do not entertain nonsense in a professional way. Even go as far as ignoring them and answering them when you are in a calmer state.

Professional etiquette is of utmost importance in a successful business model.

You are your brand, People perceive you from your actions. It is up to you if you want positive or negative reactions.

People remember, how you make them feel, not what you do for them. Always be professional and genuine. We are all human, if you can't do something, be honest. That in itself will get punters talking and referring you to people who are looking for what you are offering.

Very true, but I found a girl's profile referring to her sexy whatapp profile pic but when I looked there was no pic at all. This is in direct contrast with the suggestion and am sure everybody will see this as bad advertising.
