Um, you don't have to to Google maps or Waze open for Google to track you. As long as your GPS is on like you're suggesting, it will track you and show in your Google location history. Flight mode isn't going to help if your GPS is on. The guys are not talking about their wives checking their navigation app search history which I easy enough to delete last one after each punt but the Google location history that tracks in the background and your wife can check from anywhere as long as she has your email credentials or you linked the accounts on Google/YouTube family or something.

Many moons ago when I discovered this hobby, I used to rock up to my sessions in all black formal wear (to make myself look older) with shades and a cap even at night (to go as a disguise of sorts). I laugh when I look back at it because that was some ridiculous shit.

So back in the day when I was working in greenstone I had a client that used to park his car at greenstone mall close to the barbers entrance and then pay the security guard from the boom gate to borrow his bicycle to make the rest of the journey "I can never get the sight of this formally dressed man on a post man bike with an extra seat and all, lol
