These really are the best.
Sadly now it's mostly all extra and you don't get if you don't discuss and pay extra before which takes away from the whole taboo surprise element. Plus in most cases, the discussed rate with extra just pushes you to book another FH lady knowing you'll get 2 rounds and the massage in between for better value.
