@Lalita You're the one with the issues dear, not us. Your hatred and resentment towards men is clear every time you post. These "henpecked husbands and boyfriends" that you speak of are the ones who pay your bills. You need to come back down to Earth. This is your singleminded opinion and if you don't like advertisers advertising their services/specials or comments, then I suggest you don't read the threads applicable..(just a friendly suggestion)

Well, I'm not a "henpecked husbands / boyfriends." Sorted that out many years ago (I refused to be one), now I am single for quite a couple of years, and pretty happy.

So, whilst I realise that some women have exactly the same judgemental attitude and propensity to jump to conclusions as my ex, many have a far sharper and caustic tongue. No, it does not make me long for my ex :-)

Order and structure are pretty cool things. The supermarket advertises too, but they have the meat in one place and the latrine cleaner in another. Peeps looking for meat do not exactly want to wash it down with caustic soda. This makes pretty good sense -- to some. Others do not appear to mind -- they are quite at home in a pigsty, anarchic acts such as relieving themselves whilst eating is quite acceptable, as is a rump steak covered in loo cleaner.

I like women who are clean, cool, intelligent, good lookin' and sexy. Sometimes a little silly, sometimes playful, always passionate, but basically are happy to be the amazing, kind hearted, soft skinned, non-judgemental, beautiful, witty, forgiving, articulate, teasing, soft spoken, generous with their time and love kind of women. There are many of those, but only few tick all of the boxes. The latter really bring out the best in me.

You are obviously the exception to them all, because you have very few, if any, of these qualities, plus a caustic tongue, and you defend anarchy as though it is something to be proud of.

I can go on and on about the economic laws of supply and demand, and the fact that punters and WGs have a symbiotic relationship bla bla, so what? So do shoppers at Woolworths. And even they know that you don't mix the bread and ice-cream section, and that the quickest way to serve customers is to get them to queue at the tills, nice and orderly. Anarchy has no place in business. Maybe in yours -- but then again maybe that is why you also have a sharp tongue...

What a difference -- there were actually "Punter Reviews: Venues & Clubs" in the "Punter Reviews: Venues & Clubs" section. No anarchy. Take a look today and see the difference. These days it is like a bad area of town -- no-one goes there. It stands to reason that if no-one cares about "Punter Reviews: Venues & Clubs" it becomes a slum. Toilet cleaner instead of The Bakery Section.

That is what prompted my post. Mindless enumeration of female names, whose owners do not even bother to advertise here and who pollute the forums with their oportunistic daily drivel.

So, if you enjoy the forums, and it provides you with value, then you will know what to do.

I certainly wont be "sticking together" with punters to moderate this forum from paying advertisers advertising on this forum.
While I agree that :

I cannot agree on moderating paying advertisers who have a right to advertise where and how they wish to nor can i agree on IC Lalita's disrespectful "henpecked husbands/boyfriends" posting
There are ground rules laid down by ESA pertaining to respect on the forum. If it is a paying advertiser, they are entitled to post here "ad nauseum" as long as the advertiser doesn't stray outside those parameters. If she irritates, ignore or scroll down.
If she is abusive or disrespectful, have a go or report and ESA will make a call as it has in the past.
But rationing posts and censorship ?

Your patience to pen an explanation in such detail and logically makes sense and leaves one pondering and understanding your point of view.

As rightly stated by another punters contribution , once u put yourself out in the public forum, then be prepared to stand behind that which u say, propose or present.

My intention is not to get embroiled in a messy, potentially shakespearean moment of "much ado about nothing", but care to pose the following question:

If I understand, I truly doubt that your intention was for the following kind of support.....and I appeal to your understanding, common sense and kindness ....

How would u, as a punter or any other punter for that matter, feel if the advertisers on this site posted such a derogatory statement. I can bet u my bottom dollar it would be pounced on with such verbal abuse as witnessed many a time.

Why is it that punters have a right to be shamefully out of line while there seems to be no standing for it with advertisers?

I have also noticed that this individual is prone to posting , under the belt comments, hurtful, uncalled for and distasteful.

Could this be a case of.....

@honeybear. all within reason as you point out. The issue is that punters are using ESA like a a kindergarden teacher with their petty requests to ban someone on the slightest provocation.

That dilutes the effectiveness of ESA admin. We should make this forum a great place to discuss issues in a manner that we feel is useful. Go to Gumtree job ads and you will see advertiser abuse that makes it impossible to use that site. This forum is not that bad but it has issues and can degenerate into a gumtree situation. I suggest some gentle proding by the punters to stick up for themselves. If there is a post that is really unacceptable by ANYONE then have a go at them. By peer pressure alone we can make this forum more pleasant.

It is already quite evident that many WGs are banding together against punters. This has the effect to prevent punters from wanting to contribute in future for fear of being abused by the advertisers. Other than Naledi and a few others, the WG contributions are rarely of value, I would much prefer post from punters.

Why ad nauseum? - because they are desperate - because they need the publicity (good or bad) - to piss you and Jameslasting off, lol !
Jokes aside, those that do tend to realize the folly of their ways and tone down a bit.
Take a venue for example - I see about 10 girls in their advert - they say, "Pixie, Candice, Logan, Kate, Sasha, Tiffany, Brandy, Chloe available today". I believe they entitled to without each girl having to verify her availability. You phone, you ask who is so and so in the advert and you book her. If there were no posting you would be none the wiser nor would the girl have had the chance of earning some money.
Who are we to prescribe how they should do it, how they should spell, what format to use etc.
If they mislead, you have the platform to expose them.
Thankfully we are not all the same in presentation or deed. What is non-negotiable though is abuse, threats, blatant disrespect etc. Strange that those advertisers are rarely taken to task and are even defended. Does it mean that the perceived bombshells have different rules applicable to them ?
