I can not see that after 5 SCA judges as much told her she made mistakes she would look to hard for special circumstances. I know that she applied for the post of Chief Justice for LIMPOPO province, but after this debacle I don't think she will get that appointment.

Evem if she sentence him for the min term of 15 years, she could include the 10 months that he already served. But he could again be released on parole once he seved at least 6 years of the 15 years.
