Same happend at Fantacy dolls where a client wasnt happy. We got taken out by a few goldmembers as if it was the houses fault. We all know girls come and go all the time

Places like massage inc even state on their website they take no responsibilty for the actions in the room. So we dont either. The house ads are just there to help promote the girls. Extra exposure. We dont testdrive the girls to see if we aprove.
And the girls on esa are independant SPs. You cant even keep ESA liable.

One cannot, or rather, should not, compare ESA to a publisher, whose journalistic integrity is on the line.

Cool story. Except you're wrong. Publications *CAN* be held liable for misleading classifieds if the content is found to be defamatory (not really relevant to this discussion) or if it violates consumer protection laws, provide that they are found to meet the "ignores obvious misleading content"/due diligence standard I mentioned above. Harder to prove for a newspaper classified which is an incidental service, than for ESA for whom this is their core business.

You cannot make comparisons between the types of publications that are being referred to here and advertising platform for an industry that operates on the fringes of what is considered legal.
