You're a bit of an ass Ben. She already apologised and there is no need for admonishments and editorial remarks like that. You also know full well what type of Indian she meant. A man who always uses such flowery language should know (and does) that the term "Indian" means someone from India, whereas "Native American" or "Red Indian" refers to the other flavours you mentioned. For someone who is always harping on at others for being less uncouth (or more genteel), you sure show a remarkable lack of both yourself sometimes.
