You guys actually have a few valid points. But surely there should be an alternative solution for punters who can't always call an hour before the time. Something a bit more controlled than whatsapp. Something that both protect the punter and the WG. But ja.. Development cost etc outweigh most probably customer experience

Dev cost is so minimal. esa already have credit card gateway service, and scheduling components are already prewritten and opensourced. easy peasy.
Now if esa could register an "It Company" and generate an invoice, then I could claim it back as a business expense for it goods :)

The WGs should essentially be the ones who should ask for this service and not the punters. Pointless ESA develop this on either behalf but the WGs dont give a fuck about using it.
