If there were any indication of any sort of uncomfort or dislike or any reason. I will accept it. But if you still give me the impression that it was a mistake and there is notthing wrong and the next moment you just ignore after a regular period of atleast 2 years and more than 50 percent of her ratings. It is just not reasonable. But its fine. I have a new venue. Iam still wondering why as there were never any indication.

mdiver --Unfortunately we can't get everything 100 % -- after 2 years & 1 Miscue -I would think that is a pretty good record --

If I was soliciting a restaurant for 2 years & I had one bad experience with a Waiter -- I would think one would still go back . Again the Human factor .

She stated that she feels uncomfortable with You -- best in that situation to rather pick another Lady --we currently have 31 Ladies to choose from .

I also had tough experience at HOE, but sometimes the problem was actually on me. Once I made a mistake and the lady cried at the HOE bar. I told her 'for god's sake, don't cry at the bar. People are looking at us'. But she couldn't stop herself...Her cry made me nervous. Even if it's my fault but HOE management still apologized to me for her cry.

Sometimes the lady made mistake. HOE involved and found out what happened. If there was a possibility that the mistake was made by the lady. HOE always offered something good to restore my feelings. So far I like what HOE offers to me.

For the specific lady, I agree that she didn't handle the issue properly which I've also experienced with some other girl. I also expect her to explain to me bravely like a man but unfortunately she's a women.;) If you ignored her, your eyes will be full of the other beauties. HOE becomes a heaven. If you stared at her, HOE became dwindling. Heaven or Earth, we choose what we want it to be. ;)

Thanks for that Matt. Never did she give any indication . Instead she encouraged me. Maybe wrong timing. Like you i prefer to book the reliable good girls. But i am over it now. Moved on.

I am a very upmarket gentleman. When I called your venue I asked about the availability of the girls and was told there are 18 ladies available. I arrived 15 minutes later and I saw a whole lot of girls around doing nothing and was told only 2 girls are available.
Clearly I'm not white but why not tell me in advance that only two girls (not so attractive) cater to non whites.
It would have saved me a trip.

That doesn't mean they're racists. It just means they are exercising their personal preference ........

The more I see of HOE, the more I would like to visit. The way this complaint is handled, is extremely impressive and from what has been discussed in this thread, I actually reckon it is petty not to accept the peace offering and move on. Obviously some personal untold issues are at play.

I am close to them on an almost daily basis for business and even checked out where the gates are - but never have the guts to actually go in and check it out... someday... hehehe
