Why would anyone take these threats seriously? Looks like the threats were typed by semi literate morons. They are hardly a danger to anyone except themselves.

Agreed, this is a pathetic attempt at exortion. The message is so poorly configured that it doesn't even mention on which charge the poor bloke will be arrested. Sounds like a typical Nigerian scam !!
