@330guy-I honestly hope not, but unfortunately we know how rife bribery and corruption is...I reckon this will die a quiet death as the cheque is passed beneath the table.

And the silence from the anc women's league is absolutely deafening on this issue.
How does this league work?. seems they only open their mouths when told too by their male counterparts, kinda hypocritical again don't we all think ?

For the love of our country, I sincerely hope their silence on this issue is due to their preparations for ranting and shouting obsecenes when their corrupt thief in chief is voted out...God help us against these devils within government !!
