I don't mind calls,I am not loosing anything.it's thier atm.but on whatsApp you not only wasting my time but my data.


And then they ask for pics or start wanting to talk dirty.I do not get that on calls.so calls and pms works for me perfect unlike whatsApp

I found that watsapp is a waste of time. All the watsapp guys want are picture pictures and more pictures (which they can use in any way they like), and they never visit anyway... so watsapp is a waste of my time.

my work phone is a cheapie with no watsapp facility and no airtime loaded for bullshit sms's either.

A man who knows what he wants phones the girl up, gets the info he needs and either books or doesnt.... He doesnt waste his or our time....anything else is a waste of time.

I can only speak of what works for me. I have posted many times that decisions I make re business is not made lightly. Its the result of getting the same result almost every time. Just short of 100% of whatsapp enquiries ask for pics or just wanna chat and never result in a booking. The outcome of calls vs actual bookings that pitch.... I'm not prepared to disclose that but its fairly good.
Every now and again I give whatsapp a try in the hope that things may have change. So far the result is always the same.

Thanks for the responses as it explains why some seem to not like whatsapp.

I agree the the request for pictures and chats does cross a line.

From my side done more as it feels less stressful and allows for asynchronous communication.

Though do think you should phone to do the final commitment.

Though by the sounds of stuff I should revers the order I do it in :)

I always make first contact by sms.
If I do not receive the courtesy of a reply it tells me a lot about what to expect on the booking.
So I move on until I do receive a reply.
And a reply can simply state that texting is not the preferred means of communication and a phone call would be preferred.

I Call, speak and decide, whatsapp gives me no indication of the lady I am considering to visit, if you cant hear the lady vocalize or experience her sense of humor how in the hell do you expect to get the small head to play ball !!!

Sir if it is stipulated on a advertiser's profile that private numbers and smses will not be entertained why do guys still bother texting???
