Normally by folding in his elbow and then French kissing the little hole it makes,lick it enough it almost feels like the real thing..

Not sure if it is just coincidence but I have found that massage girls tend to be the best kissers. Maybe it because their headspace is, on average, more sensual than sexual, but the best kisser I encountered by far was a massage lady, who sadly doesn't advertise here any more.
