Ya look JP, I have previously stated that I'd never pre-pay for a booking. So I avoid any kind of booking where that is a requirement. I'm not saying others should follow suit, that's just my personal preference but it's helped me avoid stuff like this. I also understand that there's nuance in this thing and it works for others.

For me, in fact, I believe my very first booking attempt as a newbie punter, I got conned just like that. Saw a lady in the paper who insisted on forward payment, told me where to meet her and didn't show up. Lol when I called her, she herself told me she was teaching me a lesson.

I'm a firm believer in karma...I did a travel in April 2022,2 hours.I Agreed to an eft payment. I insisted on leaving, why stay if there's no payment..got home and there it came through, the payment. I called and asked to get his bank details so I could send the money back. A very well known punter ,kickass actually,,after I asked advice said send one hours money back and keep the rest, which I did, asshole went to absa,had the transaction reported as fraud and my bank account got locked. 2 months later the asshole called me begging me to get the police off his back. What????I laughed cos why would I go to the cops about R800 plus I'm an sp, they won't believe me...

So long story short, the guy actually DID PAY you in full and in advance. You left the booking without delivering service and it was ENTIRELY YOUR DECISION to cancel.

Long story is then you contacted the cop Kickass, and you'll decided to charge this guy a cancellation fee for services not delivered on your own account and no fault of the punter. In the meantime, the punter did exactly what he should have which is asked the bank to refund the money he was defrauded for which is exactly what happened i.e. money taken under false pretenses (of providing 2 hours service) is fraud. Then punter/cop friend intimidates punter and you basically commissioned further extortion of more than even the initial booking.

And a good punter that trusted you with advance payment and did nothing wrong for you to cancel in him then lost his booking, lost his money, lost his faith and trust in wgs and got to be made out to be the bad guy again and you're very happy about the fact that you did not provide a service agreed but took the payment that was agreed and more.

I think you got this karma thing mixed up neh.

Yup, as per lesson 1, you reconfirm with yet another example, don't pay in advance.

I've seen kickass being jolly and social on here. I haven't seem him fight or bully.

All this extra added drama all because of no refund. SP please pay your dues before more unnecessary drama gets added. I mean kickass has been the most social and welcoming person on here. So come on!

We were not in her shoes. We don't know what it's like to have a bareback requesting already blocked client pitch up under false pretense.

What we do know is how many bare back requesting clients remove condoms without SP knowledge.

We do know that clients who are obsessed, and pitch up under false pretenses have raped and murdered on this very site before.

We do know that we need to take steps to ensure our safety and sanity.
