So, last week I posted a plea to massage ladies, requesting a massage lady who knew what she was doing to contact me. In essence, I was in trouble with my back, and needed some serious pain relief.

Amazing how, in this industry (like all industries, I guess), people are under the impression that they are experts, when this is absolutely not the case.

I was contacted by a number of ladies, a couple of whom I knew, and rate very highly. I chose to visit the enigmatic Russian Bridgitte. As can be seen, this is not my first visit to her, and certainly wont be my last. This is, however, my first visit where my primary objective was to receive pain relief, and not necessarily "other" relief.

It turns out that Bridgitte has a serious range of weaponry in her arsenal. To start off with, she took the visit really seriously, and went past the "what parts are sore" type of query. She made sure that she knew exactly what she was dealing with. She also doesn't apply a "moer bliksem, push, prod, pummel, elbow jab" philosophy to her massage. There is definite physio training in there somewhere, and her approach was extremely focused, and uber effective. The pain brought tears to my eyes, but, it was good pain, if you know what I mean. Each part of the massage / physio session was measured and focussed. Congrats Bridgitte.

She also has very very good advice to give, bourne from intuition, experience and training. Some of it, I knew, but needed reinforcing. She has a thorough knowledge of body well being, and I will definitely return for my realignment and fix it up session..

There are very few people who I trust with my back She is one of them.

What can one say about Bridgitte that has not been said before.
