Another point that has been brought up before. My phn has a virus, I am NOT receiving text or even missed calls. My phn is being fowarded to a number I am unable to stop. Not good with tech terms. However its not due to me being rude, its simply case of if I didn't contact you back , I never knew you called. I am working on new contract number.
