Stranger things have happened.
Definitely not what the DA supporters would ever condone but, talks behind closed doors are much more different than one could imagine.
A sort of "bartering", I am sure takes place.
This for that. That for this.
What each party stands for and claims in public spaces in no way sidelined, just taking another route to get there with an "alliance" that is more appealing and open to negotiations than existing alliances.
Politics is a dirty game trying to be as effective as possible.
To me, although part of the GNU, the DA is still the "official opposition" but has lost its hold and how to regain it will be intersting to see.
And malema has wisened up to the political way of things which makes him NOW a dangerous player.
And anyone whoever thought malema stupid...should actually look in the mirror and see the "stupid" looking back at them.
